New York Tax Law Attorney
Not every attorney has the credentials, experience and breadth of knowledge that attorney Brad Randolph holds. With over 25 years of experience in business, tax, probate and bankruptcy law, he provides his clients with a deep well of knowledge. As an MBA-holding business veteran, he has served as treasurer and in-house counsel to a number of large corporations. He is also a licensed CPA and real estate broker.
In addition to all of this, attorney Randolph is a registered Public Company Accounting Oversight Board auditor. The PCAOB was created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, in order to oversee auditors of public companies. The board is a private, nonprofit corporation that sets high standards in overseeing registered public accounting firms. The purpose in setting these standards is to protect investor and public interests by ensuring fair, accurate and informative auditing.

Registered PCAOB Auditor
Only registered auditors under the PCAOB can prepare and issue auditing reports for public companies and stock issuers. Otherwise doing so is unlawful under federal law. To become registered, an auditor must submit a detailed application and fee to the PCAOB. The PCAOB reviews applications for approval with much scrutiny under guidelines by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
Attorney Brad Randolph has been found to meet this heightened standard. His attention to detail and quality of work applies to all areas of his legal practice, including tax law and business litigation issues.
